Our Brand:

Our trademark and all products images used and explanation of products on our website or in our accounts in social media belong to us and no one has the right to copy or use them.

The Correct Use:

You must use our website in a correct and lawful manner, where none of the terms, conditions and policies mentioned are violated. When using incorrect information or uploading any images or files that contain viruses or harmful files, the necessary legal actions will be taken.

The Language:

Our website provides two languages (Arabic and English), and if there is a difference between the Arabic text and the English text, the Arabic text will have the priority.

Products:

  • Photographing our products is done with high accuracy to reflect the product as close to reality as possible.
  • Products' colors may vary from the images presented due to natural variations of each prey, lighting, resolution settings used in the screen of customers' devices; any difference on the part of the customer is outside our responsibility and no object to it can be taken.
  • Measurements and weights of our products are approximations and are not 100% accurate. They may vary in few cm or grams due to manual sizing and packaging.
  • We provide our pets the same products offered in the store, but we strongly advise to provide them gradually to your pet until you are sure they are suitable for him/her.
  • If you notice signs of allergy or any bad symptoms of a particular product on your pet, please discontinue it and consult a vet if necessary.
  •  Any poor storage, wrong feeding or wrong introduction on the part of the customer is outside our responsibility and no object can be taken.
  • All information related to the products is on the page of each product and is updated whenever necessary.
  • The customer has the right to request additional information before the purchase process and his lack of knowledge of any necessary details makes him bear full responsibility for any error or misunderstanding that may occur.

Mistakes Beyond Our Control:

We have the right to cancel or reject any orders with products that are launch by mistake or with incorrect price, whether the order has been confirmed or not. If the amount was already paid, we will refund it to the customer or discuss same-price items replacement with him.

Prices:

We have the right to modify the prices when needed and without prior announcement or notification, not including completed unshipped orders, unless they are under the category of Mistakes Beyond Our Control.

We have the right to change, modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
