Shipping & Delivery
At Paws Origin, we are keen to send your orders as soon as possible, and please note that:
- The durations specified by the shipping companies are approximate and they are beyond our control as a store, and we are not obligated to them once we give the shipment to the shipping company, it becomes their responsibility after that, but we are keen to follow up your shipments with them until they arrive, and if it is delayed for the specified period, please contact the shipping company for tracking .
- Shipping time is usually within 5-8 working days, but not more than 15 working days.
- The processing time for most orders is 24-48 hours, but may increase according to the pressure of requests, and the processing time for designed orders is from 3-7 days, which may increase according to the pressure of requests and the availability of the required products.
- When the customer does not receive the shipment and thus it is returned, the customer must re-pay the shipment fees to ship it to them again.
- If the customer wants to cancel the order, the shipping value will be deducted with the payment fees, and the remaining amount will be returned according to the replacement and return policy.
- When the returned or canceled order includes a discount in shipping fees or free shipping, the basic shipping cost of the shipping company will be deducted, not the reduced or free price.
- As for the shipping service, most companies serve most cities and villages in the Kingdom, but some of them do not include home delivery, where the customer is required to receive the shipment from the branch in his area, so if the area does not support home delivery, it must be received from the branch.
- If there was an issue with the shipping company chosen by the customer, the shipping company will be changed ob behalf the customer, taking care that the shipment arrives properly and quickly.
- Weekend are not counted among the working days of the shipping companies.
