Replacement & Refund Policy

Return and replacement policy:

  • Any product that has been used, opened or in its original condition will not be returned or replaced.
  • In the event that the customer wishes to return a product without any issue encountered, it must be within one day from the date of receipt, and the product must be in its original condition and unopened. The customer will pay the full fees for returning the product.
  • Any product that is opened, not in the original conditio, with messed parts or covers will not be accepted.
  • After verifying the arrival of the products in good condition (the presence of the box with all packaging and labels on the product in its original condition), the amount is returned to the customer’s account to the same payment card with which it was purchased, and the return period is subject to the policy of the bank (or the payment intermediary), the payment fees are deducted from the customer.
  • If the returned or canceled order has a discount in shipping fees, the basic shipping cost will be deducted, not the discounted price.
  • Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment box is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
  • In the event that the customer wants to replace a product without a defect in the product and did not open the original packaging, the store is not responsible for paying the shipping costs for return, the customer will pay the costs of shipping the replacement again, it is required that all packaging and labels on the product be in their original condition.
  • If the order is shipped and on the way to the customer but he wants to cancel it and refund, the customer pays the fees for returning the shipment. After verifying that the products have arrived in their original condition and packiging, the product is replaced or the amount is returned to their account according to the above conditions.
  • Raw or desinged products by the customer are excluded from return and replacement.
