Health Benefits

  • Products: We take special care of the ingredients we choose, all are fresh, natural, species-appropriate that are bioavailable to our carnivore pets.
  • Health: taking care of your pet's diet can maintain healthy organs function, better immunity and longer lifespan!
  • Teeth: gum and teeth health is related to organs health, with few minutes of daily chewing, you can prevent plaque from turning into tartar.
  • Relief: when chewing our dehydrated products for some minutes, endorphins (relax hormones) starts to kick in, resulting in a more satisfied pet.
  • Workout: chewing is a great way to help take out pet's energy in a joyful way.

Notes

  • Supervise: all chewing should be supervised. If a piece seems challenging to your pet, you can cut it in smaller sizes for easier chewing, make sure it is big enough to allow chewing (not swallowing) and that the edges is not sharp.
  • Start gradually: if a product is new to your pet, start with a small amount and increase gradually to allow the gut to learn and adjust to the new product.
  • Softer texture: most of our dried products can be soaked in warm water for 2-10 minutes for softer texture. If done, soak the pieces that you will use only.

Our Process of Drying

  • We dehydrate our dried products at proper time and degrees to kill any harmful pathogens while keeping most of the nutrients.
  • The weight of a product reduces by 70-80% after dehydration, e.g. a 50 grams bag was 225 grams before dehydration, a 100 grams bag was 450 grams and etc.
  • All products are hand-made and packed carefully, with love

Storage

  • Keep in a cool dry place and close the bag tightly after each usage.
  • Our dehydrated products are free of preservatives and additives. So, although it is very uncommon, pests and mold (from added moisture) can appear if stored and handled improperly.
  • If a chewing piece becomes wet with pet saliva, let it dry first then keep it in a closed container in the fridge for few days or in freezer, don’t put it back in the bag to avoid added moisture that may ruin the rest of the dry pieces.
  • For longer storage, keep in air-tight glass container or freeze to keep the products fresh and away from pests or mold that may rarely show interest.
  • Don't throw the moisture absorber (if found) before the powder finishes.
